Al-Ali appointed Chairman of the Social Security Investment Fund

The Council of Ministers appointed HE Mrs. Suhair Al-Ali as Chairman of the Social Security Investment Fund (SSIF) as of May, 5th , 2016
Al-Ali, , was a three-time minister of planning and international cooperation in the governments of Adnan Badran (in 2005), Marouf Bakhit (2005) and Nader Dahabi (2007).
Al-Ali served as general manager and country officer of Citigroup in Jordan from 1996 until her appointment as Minister of Planning and International Cooperation in former Prime Minister Adnan Badran's government. Before that, she was the General Manager of the Saudi American Bank Representative Office in New York from 1993.
Al-Ali holds a master’s degree in development economics from Georgetown University where she also got a Bachelor of Science Degree of Foreign Service (BSFS) in international Economics.
